Amin Talebi from SRKK, a Nintex Partner, to swiftly implement a new visitor registration form using Nintex Workflow Cloud in just three days, including testing and review with the COVID-19 response committee.
When visiting the Gallery, visitors sign in by completing the anonymous form. Once submitted, all details are recorded in a SharePoint online list. In the case that someone with the coronavirus visited the Gallery, the organization is able to provide data to support contact tracing to relevant authorities.
