The Company has outgrown its existing email service.

The client had over 160 users with windows 7 that that were using Rackspace for Emails and data storage. Our Customer is looking to implement Microsoft 365 in their environment, migration services to migrate existing email system to Exchange Online.

Main focusing for initial deployment will be on Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams and SharePoint enablement.

Our Solution.
Make the transition from an on-premise server to M365 Following a discovery meeting with the Senior Management team to discuss their requirements and Business challenges, SRKK recommended making the transition from Rack Space Email Hosting to Microsoft 365 Business Basic.

What was achieved?
Increased mailbox size for all users – All users now have a default mailbox size of 50GB (this is the standard mailbox size included with Microsoft 365 Business Basic).

Successful transition to Microsoft Applications including MS Teams – The staff are very happy because they are now using a unified collaboration and communication platform. They have a secure platform where internal staff can connect with their teams and collaborate together. The MS Teams’ deployment also helped them to adopt to the new normal of work from home (WFH). File sharing, chatting and conference calls worked seamlessly together for all the employees who worked from home.
