The flexibility you should NOT miss with the Microsoft New Commerce Experience

What is NCE?
Microsoft has announced a new program, which means that the way you subscribe to Microsoft 365 and other subscription services through SRKK is changing. This is known as the “New Commerce Experience,” or NCE.

Microsoft launched the NCE on October 14, 2021, with the goal of increasing flexibility for dynamic businesses and saving money for consumers who can make longer-term commitments.

What you need to know about NCE?

For existing Customers that plans to renew their subscription.

If you decide to renew your subscriptions by June 30, you will have the opportunity to leverage the existing capabilities or packages. But if you choose to register from July 1, 2022 onwards, you will be automatically transitioned to the NCE.


For New Customers
What to look forward to in the NCE? Here are some new features under the NCE

01. New subscription term options: Subscriptions are available on a monthly, annual (payable monthly or upfront), and 36-month basis (Paid Monthly, Annual, Upfront). This Flexibility is the newest feature under NCE that you should consider, which was not available on the legacy subscription.

New monthly-term offers: with a 20% price increase for customers who require term and seat-count flexibility. 

02. Revised cancellation policies
: Terms for seat-based offers in new commerce (limited to the first 72 hours** of the term with a prorated refund)

Easier Subscription Management: Option to mix short-term and long-term offers for customers who experience seasonal or business-volume fluctuations.

Eased transition to New CommerceTooling that facilitates the migration of existing CSP legacy subscriptions to NCE.

Easier adoption of new products, including streamlined trial conversions and add-ons available in the CSP catalog separately
