A Sales Administrator is an important role within any Sales team. Sales Administrator handle multiple responsibilities and are known to help the sales team in achieving sales targets. The Sales Administrator requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To have a continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly product sale targets.
  • Required to be in touch with the company’s clients and prospects, and understand their needs clearly.
  • Handle inquiries from existing and new clients, and provide details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails.
  • Prepare and then follow up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms and conditions.
  • You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • To liaise between other departments and the client to provide the products and service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales Administrator must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Information Technology Engineer is expected to support the project managers in project set up, developments, testing, and improvements. The IT Engineer will also provide technical support in handling SRKK ticketing system and troubleshooting SRKK’s customers whilst ensuring compliance of Service-Level agreement.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to support & troubleshoot Virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, and Hardware environment
  • Provide technical support to customers for using the systems, bug fixing, minor enhancements, and fine-tuning for accommodating operation needs.
  • Develop, maintain, manage and monitor servers and the related Infrastructure services as active directory domain services, file and print services, virtualization, backup and restore, anti-virus systems, web and database servers, tech refresh, etc.
  • Function as part of or lead an implementation team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to customers’ site.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network & Security or any other related field.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Sales experience in IT Managed Services is an advantage

IT Support Engineers are focused on ongoing and continuous operation of client environment entrusted to SRKK’s MSP Team. You will mainly support clients that requires engineers to be present at the client site or if requested. You are ideally to be a certified engineer with expertise in data center and infrastructure technologies including Microsoft servers and domains, virtualization (VMware, and Microsoft technologies), networking, security, and storage. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be assigned to clients and customers to oversee and own all technical aspects of the environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology Candidate must possess ability a technical, logical thought process & creative problem-solving skills
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network & Security or any other related field.
