1. Your privacy is important to us. SRKK Consulting Pt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘SRKK’) is committed to complying with the provisions of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (‘PDPA’).

3. By accepting this Personal Data Protection Policy, you are giving us your consent to collect, use, disclose and/or retain your personal data in the manner set out in this Policy.
4. From time to time, we may update this Personal Data Protection Policy to ensure consistency with regulatory changes and developments. Subject to your legal rights in Singapore, the current terms of the Policy shall apply.

- Your name, NRIC number, passport number or other identification number, telephone number(s), postal address, email address, and any other information relating to you that you have provided in any forms submitted to us or during other interactions with us;

- Personal Data of your family members, such as next of kin, spouses, and children;

- to use for the software/ hardware/ services/ cloud subscription purchased from us;
- to use for internal record to comply with internal control;
- to use for payroll processing;
- to response or handle your queries or request;
- to verify your identity and processing payment;
- to keep you updated on our latest happenings;
- to comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- all other purposes related to our business.
8. Disclosure of your Personal Data
8.1 We may disclose your personal data to the following groups of external organisations for the aforementioned purposes;
- Your Cloud services provider subscription sign up;
- Your software/ hardware usage/ warranty registration;
- SRKK professional services/ Managed Services sign up;
- Our external professional advisers such as our auditors;
- Relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any government authority;
- Any other person in connection with the purposes set forth above.
9. Use of Cookies
9.1 We may collect or analyse anonymised information from which individuals cannot be identified (‘Aggregate Information’), such as the number of users, how often they use our websites, the number of page views (or ‘page impressions’) that occur on our websites, and the most common entry and exit points.
9.2 We use “cookies” to store and track aggregate information about you when you visit our website(s). These cookies are used to track information such as the number of users, how frequently they use the website, and their online preferences.

12.4 You can request access to, or correction of, your personal data records. However, SRKK reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing your request.
12.5 You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you have given us. However, such a request may be subject to the requirements of the Act and the company’s request procedure.
