- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions based on business needs.
- Build applications, workflows, and web parts for SharePoint Online and Server.
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SharePoint performance.
- Implement best practices for development, configuration, and security.
- Stay updated on emerging SharePoint technologies and recommend improvements.
- Assist users via phone, email, or in-person with technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure and operations.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and configurations.

- Process customer orders, verify invoices, and manage aging accounts.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Track and manage contract/license renewals.
- Respond to queries and assign them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer support teams.
- Provide administrative support and assist with reporting tasks.
- Act as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing product information.
- Engage with clients to understand their evolving needs.
