Singapore—June 14th, 2020— System RKK announced it is a winner in the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards in the 2020 Nintex Partner Award in Business Transformation.

In the month of March, a program aimed at helping state and local government agencies with process solutions related to COVID-19 was rolled out. The National Gallery Singapore leverages the Nintex Process Platform to manage and automate various workflows across the Gallery’s operation helping contact tracing process. IT Manager Victor Kong knew that they could leverage the platform quickly delivery a digital form solution for its visitor registration needs.

Victor worked with Nintex vTE Amin Talebi from System RKK, a Nintex Partner, to swiftly implement a new visitor registration form using Nintex Workflow Cloud in just three days, including testing and review with the COVID-19 response committee.

When visiting the Gallery, visitors sign in by completing the anonymous form. Once submitted, all details are recorded in a SharePoint online list. In the case that someone with the coronavirus visited the Gallery, the organization will be able to provide data to support contact tracing to relevant authorities.
